Diggings Journal
The Diggings Journal was first printed 28 years ago. In 1993 Archaeological Diggings magazine was born from the humble beginnings of this small news journal known then simply as 'Diggings'. In October 2011 the Diggings Journal will be retired as an independent publication and will be combined into Archaeological Diggings magazine. All your news will then be in the one publication.
As Diggings Journal is being retired, subscriptions are no longer being taken for Diggings Journal. All existing Journal subscriptions will be converted to Archaeological Diggings magazine subscriptions. Full details will be available in the September issue of Diggings Journal.
The final two issues of Diggings Journal will be published in September and October of 2011. The October/November 2011 issue of Archaeological Diggings magazine will be the first issue that will combine the magazine and the journal.
